 The Team

Ken Thurman (Realtor®) - Multimedia Marketing/Photography Specialist

A retired military veteran, Ken served his country proudly for 20 years.  Ken shows his real estate clients the same kind of professionalism, commitment, dedication, service, and innovative thinking that made him a medal award winner in the military.  Ken has also won Keller Williams Double Gold Award.

As an instructor and analyst in the military, with Learning Tree International, industry, and for Nationally recognized museums, Ken is sought after for his creative ability and understanding of client needs and requirements.  Ken’s real estate team continues to lead the way in marketing innovation just as he has done for NASA, the Air National Guard, the US Army, the Smithsonian Institution, and the San Diego Aerospace Museum. 

Ken and his wife Amy, an 11-year military veteran and airline pilot, call Warren County home and have lived in Virginia for over 26 years.  Ken is also a professional photographer and graphics designer/illustrator.

Bill Battaile (Realtor®) - Short Sale/Forclosure Specialist
Bill has been in the housing industry for 14 years.  He has worked at all aspects of the real estate business including title insurance, settlement, lenders, and realty companies.  Most recently Bill has dedicated himself to the understanding, negotiating, and completing short sales.  His experience with all aspects of the process is your ticket to a successful transaction.  This year alone, Bill has saved clients over $1.2 million dollars!
